Nh Collection Berlin Mitte Am Checkpoint Charlie Hotel

We couldn't have found a better location - this place is at the heart of the city and within walking distance from all the main attractions. The service is top-notch too, with friendly staff always ready to help with any request. On top of that, the room is equipped with everything you need, from mini-bar to air conditioning, to help you relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Lounge bar serves everything from beers to cocktails, a wellness center with fitness area and sauna, nice touch with the Jamoneria, Spanish and local dishes, wide variety in breakfast buffet.

Who needs a comfortable atmosphere and balanced, healthy start when you can have a smelly restroom and limited snacks during conference breaks?

The hotel has superb location and rooms, I appreciated it. Good personnel is on the reception desk. Every time in Berlin, I choose this place.

Had wonderful stay in the room, the staff were accommodating, location was decent and right in the city center. The room was silent, the breakfast was delicious and amazing with good gluten free options and fish.

Always my top choice. First visit, staff assisted in printing tickets-memorable. Perfect fit-Wi-Fi, storage, 24-hour services, bar, restaurant. In-room breakfast, non-smoking, pet-friendly. Great for city breaks.

All in all, it's fabulous place that has pleasant staff on the reception desk.

Here I spent 2 nights and I appreciated being in this place. I had a fantastic experience here, everything was brand-new, the location was brilliant just off west and east Berlin, Checkpoint Charlie and the city center. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory and fantastic with good gluten free options and fish, for instance.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities. Its central location was perfect for exploring the key attractions of this city while also being close to some of the more attractive areas for food and drink, such as Friedrichshain. We also enjoyed the convenience of being right next to the Stadtmitte underground station and having the option of parking. The friendly staff and the delicious breakfast spread were the icing on the cake.

The property is fairly clean with a nice design, and the buffet breakfast is outstanding. It is undoubtedly a stunningly beautiful option when you are in Berlin.

Staff were competent and the hotel was calm, it had magnificent location close to the main attractions. Everything was perfect, stylish and neat room with a terrace. We enjoyed our nice balcony.

We absolutely loved the convenience of Nh Collection Berlin Mitte Am Checkpoint Charlie's location, just a stone's throw away from Checkpoint Charlie and the Black Box museum. The interconnected rooms provided the perfect setup for our family vacation, ensuring everyone had their own space to unwind after a long day of exploring this bustling city. Additionally, the cozy and tranquil wellness center within the hotel was a wonderful retreat for us to unwind, making it a delightful sanctuary amidst our adventurous urban escapades.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' club or play area would be a fantastic addition to make the hotel even more family-friendly and cater better to younger guests.

The hotel is located in a lovely and convenient neighborhood, close to two metro stations and many attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great amenities including coffee and tea. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service during breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious choices. The view of the city from the room was also quite breathtaking.

There was a minor issue with the air conditioning in the room, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.

The rooms at Nh Collection Berlin Mitte Am Checkpoint Charlie are so cool! The colors and murals make it feel really modern and fun. Even the blankets are bright and cozy. Everything we needed was right there too, like a big bed, desk, and even a bathtub.

I wish there were more options for the color palette in the rooms.

At the hotel, the signature NH buffet is a game-changer. Picture this - after a tiring day of exploring the city's historical sights, strolling down the bustling streets filled with the exciting thrill of discovering new destinations, I headed to the buffet. It was packed with a variety of hot and cold dishes, including freshly baked pastries and succulent bacon, offering a balanced, healthy start to my day.

The hotel's decor was elegant and comfortable, with soft, plush seating in the lobby and cozy nooks where one could relax and read a book. The general areas were well-lit and easy to navigate, making it convenient for senior people to move around without feeling overwhelmed. The accessibility for senior people was a delight, with spacious elevators and clear signage throughout the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is more assistance with luggage from the children working there.

Had superb stay in this functional hotel, the staff were phenomenal, location was perfect and close to Wall museum. We had plentiful breakfast. Appreciated the warm superior queen room with a comfortable design👍

Extremely convenient pretty standard hotel with decent location close to Public Transport. The rooms are beautiful and stunning, with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.
